where do you give the questionnaires back to as I have just completed mine and am ready to give it back but don't know where to..is it possible to pop it in the post and to which address should I post it?
Re. the query about returning questionnaires, you can leave your completed form in one of the boxes at either the Post Office counter of the Co-op, Ash's convenience store or the doctors' surgery. Thank you in advance!
